How does the process work?
First, we have an in-depth consultation to determine your needs either over the phone or virtual video conference. I want to learn about you, your organization and your human resources needs to fully understand what you are looking for. I also want you to feel comfortable with me being your human resources partner.
Next, I will create a contract and determine pricing. Pricing for human resources varies by the project. For example complex compensation analysis projects are more expensive than putting together an orientation process for your organization.
We will then schedule a 30 minute meeting to go over the contract. We will make changes to make sure we are both happy with the agreement. Once the contact is signed by both parties I will begin!
While working with me, I want you to be completely happy with the experience. If you have questions about me or my services please contact me! My goal is to build a relationship of trust and excellent service that lasts for years to come.
