What I do

I help people plan meaningful travel by customizing vacations to their needs. Whether a quick getaway, an amazing adventure to a place you have never been, or everything in between. I can help you get the most out of your vacation resources. Are you someone who loves to explore new places? Maybe you want to reconnect with someone in your family, your friends or just yourself!  I love how travel can be showing your kids how diverse and amazing our world is.  Whatever it is, I hope you take some amazing memories home that you will treasure for a lifetime!

My other career is helping business professionals with their human resources needs. Helping structure a company compensation plan, coaching on how to deal with difficult employees, to filling to assist with all HR needs while a current employee is on a leave of absence. I can help with all of this and more!

Why I do what I do

Traveling with friends and family and immersing myself in new cultures truly enriches my life. I learn so much every time I travel to a new place and meet new people. I believe travel has the power to change us and bring love and joy. I enjoy helping others do the same.

I am a wife, mother to two boys, daughter, sister, nature lover, memory maker and traveler. Most people would say I’m a great listener, as I love to hear other people’s stories. I love learning, reading, and new experiences. You can usually find me running to my kids’ events with our dog. I believe in taking risks and living a life you love. I call Minnesota home, where I live with my husband, Aaron, and our two sons. I am committed to making my business and community a diverse, inclusive, and equitable space for my clients and audience.

Other fun facts:

  • I grew up on a dairy farm.

  • On of my current goals is to visit all 63 National Parks throughout the United States.

  • My family has a dog named Lucky (our boys named her).

Who I am

I have been working in the Human Resources field for over 20 years. I hold a Master of Business Administration from the College of St. Scholastica and a Bachelors of Business Administration in Human Resources from the University of Minnesota-Duluth. I have been involved with all aspects of human resources from creating policies and procedures, recruiting, compensation analysis; HRIS system implementations to contract negotiations. While I have enjoyed my HR career, like many people during COVID lock down I asked myself if I could do anything I wanted work related, what would it be? One of my favorite things to do is plan vacations. I have always been the one to plan trips with family and friends. I have had the opportunity to travel to many amazing places. I would love to do this for others so they don’t need to spend their time stressing about the planning and are able to go enjoy the vacation!
