Refunds & Payment Collection
Due to the nature of the services and/or products provided, refunds will not be given, except at the sole discretion of Sandness Consulting LLC. After 30 days of outstanding payment, Sandness Consulting LLC reserves the right to send you to collections, upon which you will owe the total amount of any outstanding payments plus any collection costs including reasonable attorney’s fees.
Your Representations

Pricing and Payments

Once you have booked with Sandness Consulting, you will not be required to pay any difference in the event of a price increase. Sandness Consulting will not refund the balance of any price reduction.
Bookings and Cancellations
When you book a consultation or experience through the Sites, you are booking a personal, educational experience with a real person. You acknowledge that not every experience will be the same, and that our programs and work are continually evolving. Itineraries and courses are subject to change without prior notice due to circumstances and developments outside of our control. If your experience is canceled by Sandness Consulting due to unforeseen events, we will work with you to (a) reschedule, or (b) offer a refund.
Entire Agreement
Before you register with our website or make any purchases therefrom, you will be asked to consent to our Privacy Policy. If you have consented, or once you do consent, the terms of the Privacy Policy together with these Terms and Conditions the information contained herein constitutes the entire agreement between site users and our company relating to the use of this website.
Mobile and Wireless Services
We may offer from time-to-time mobile applications and services. If you access Sandnessconsultingmn.com through mobile and/or wireless applications (e.g., cell phones), your carrier, such as a wireless carrier, may charge fees for alerts, text messaging (including receiving/sending instant messages and email), web browsing, SMS/MMS alerts and other services that require the use of airtime and wireless data services. International Use
